Are you taking AIARE 2 this year? Or want to upgrade your snow science kit? Laser-etched and paint filled lines stand up to years of use and remain crisp and readable. A small ruler measures snow layers too small to need a yardstick. That's it! No garbage slope angle measurement. No fiddly map reading tools, just the features you really need.
THE BEGINNING
I started as a terrible ice climber, stranded far from the ice. I wanted to get better and I wanted to experience the full complexity of climbing with ice tools. And so, I worked to create the best possible training tools for ice climbing that I could.
Hex Climbing builds all our products in Seattle, WA, a little farther from the ice than we'd like.
